These are Renovaid Team’s current lead times in working days, counted from site measurement plus deposit. Prices are nett (we are not GST-registered) and include site measurement, delivery, installation and disposal of the old door.

Lead times are estimates. Around public holidays and festive periods they can be longer: bifold production, for example, can stretch to about 10 working days just before a public holiday. Larger openings, such as a 4ft × 7ft double-leaf main door or gate, are priced separately and confirmed at measurement.
Why Doors Are Not Available Off the Shelf
HDB door openings look similar but are not fully standard, so we make every door to the opening our team measures. We do not keep ex-stock doors for immediate collection, and we cannot fabricate from measurements taken by the homeowner. That is why the lead time starts after site measurement and not when you first enquire.
The good news is that most replacements do not touch your frame. Our basic, premium and top hung bifold doors are installed directly onto the existing frame, including existing PVC frames, with no drilling into the floor tiles. New bedroom and main doors are also fitted to the existing frame, which keeps the work quick and clean.
Step by Step: From First Message to Installation
- Choose your product. Ask us anything on WhatsApp first; questions and answers are free.
- Book site measurement. Fill in our site measurement form and send us a screenshot. Please allow at least 1–2 working days’ notice. Our admin sends your time slot by WhatsApp between 5pm and 8pm the day before.
- Site measurement (about 10–15 minutes). Our team measures the openings and you choose colours and designs from physical samples. It is quick when you have already decided on the design.
- Pay the deposit. The deposit is 50% or $100, whichever is higher. Your order goes into production, usually within about 1 working day, and our team emails the invoice.
- Tell us your preferred installation date. Just reply in the same chat. Our admin confirms the timing between 5pm and 8pm the day before.
- Installation. Installation is done on your booked day; for example, 3 bedroom doors take about 3–4 hours to install. You pay the balance on site after installation.
Site measurements and installations take place within working hours only: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 3pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays, and we do not offer same-day or urgent installation.
How to Get Your Doors Installed Sooner
- Decide the design before measurement. Browse the product pages and our project updates so you can confirm colours on the spot.
- Confirm classic bedroom door designs quickly. Stock has to be reserved, so confirm the design and colour as soon as possible after measurement.
- Combine products in one measurement visit. If you are changing the main door, gate and toilet doors, have everything measured together. Note that each product has its own production time.
- Book early before public holidays. The weeks before festive periods are the busiest. Start the process early if you need doors installed before a set date.
- Choose a fixed time slot if your day is tight. Standard measurement timing follows our daily route. A fixed morning or afternoon slot is available for $40.
Planning Around Key Collection or a Move-In Date
If you are collecting BTO keys or moving into a resale flat, work backwards from your move-in date. Bifold toilet doors need 6–8 working days from measurement and deposit. Bedroom doors, slide & swing doors and non-fire-rated main doors need 14–21 working days. A ½-hour fire-rated main door needs the longest, at 21–28 working days.
