We Review Your Request
Our team checks your product type, measurements, and photo (if provided) within 1–2 working days.

We Contact You the Evening Before
We'll reach out between 5–8 PM the day before your requested date to confirm the appointment and give you an arrival window. We're able to match your requested date, but with many appointments daily and visits arranged by route plan, we may not always be able to match your exact requested time slot.
On-Site Measurement
Our team visits with colour/design samples, confirms exact sizing, and finalises your order and deposit.
Installation is typically scheduled within 4–7 working days after your measurement is confirmed.
