What is a Premium Aluminium Bifold Toilet Door? — Full Explanation
A premium aluminium bifold door is a 4-section folding door made from an aluminium frame and solid colour acrylic panels. The panels are connected by hinges and glide along an enhanced top track — folding into a "V" shape as the door opens. The result is a near 100% clear door opening that saves the floor space a traditional swing door would require, with a sturdier feel than the basic model thanks to the extra panel sections.
The "premium" model upgrades on the basic model with more panel sections (4 vs 2), an enhanced track system, concealed handles for a cleaner look, up to 2 acrylic colours per door instead of 1, and a 12-month workmanship warranty. It's the recommended choice for households wanting extra durability, a two-tone acrylic look, or simply longer peace of mind.
Renovaid Team's premium aluminium bifold doors are available in four frame finishes — White Powder Coated (WPC), Bronze Anodised (BA), Natural Anodised/Silver (NA), and Black (BLK) — each with acrylic panel colour options selected on measurement day.
Four Frame Finishes — Which is Right for You?
All four finishes use the same 4-section mechanism and quality. The frame finish is the main difference — choose based on your toilet interior style.

Choose Up to 2 Acrylic Panel Colours — Selected on Measurement Day
The premium bifold supports up to 2 acrylic panel colours per door, letting you create a two-tone look. Physical colour samples are brought to your home by our installer during the on-site measurement visit — you choose the exact colours before we confirm the order.
Acrylic colours cannot be chosen in advance via the website. If you have specific colours in mind, mention it when you WhatsApp us and we'll confirm availability before your appointment.

How the Premium Aluminium Bifold Door Works — Mechanism & Components
Four key components make the premium bifold door function reliably, with upgrades over the basic model for extra durability:
Teflon Roller & Enhanced Top Track
Clip-on Teflon rollers guide the door along an enhanced top track for a smoother, sturdier glide than the basic model — built for higher daily usage.
Low-Profile Bottom Track
Only 1.6cm tall with smooth non-sharp edges — designed to minimise tripping risk for children and elderly, same safety standard as the basic model.
Push-Up Lock for Privacy
Centre push-up lock for easy one-hand operation. An additional double-locking system can be installed at extra cost — recommended for link toilets.
Concealed Handles
A concealed handle on the front provides a clean pull point, while on the back it holds the lock system firmly in place — improving durability over the basic model's standard handle.
Free Disposal of Existing Toilet Door — What's Covered
Free disposal is included in the price for most common existing door types. Check the breakdown before ordering to avoid surprises on installation day. All charges are per door.
